Order Processing, Shipping and Tracking

  • Unless otherwise noted on the product page, orders are processed M-F and typically ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. During holidays and special sales events, you may experience an increase in order processing time.
  • We only ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship or process orders for any items to locales where such items are prohibited by federal, state or local laws. We do not ship or process international orders.
  • Items requiring shipping to a Federal Firearms License holder (FFL) will ship only after receipt of valid license. To help avoid processing and shipping delays, please ensure that your name and order number are included with the copy of valid FFL. Please take a moment and read Purchasing Firearms Online for instructions on submitting a copy of FFL as well as other important information.
  • When your order ships, our shipping system will email you a tracking number to your account email address. Please be sure to check your junk email folder if you did not receive an order confirmation when you first placed your order.

Exchanges, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

  • Non-FFL/NFA items that have not been worn, washed or used, still in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. Items returned or exchanged that can not be resalable as new will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Due to safety issues, all sales on FFL/NFA items are final. There are no exceptions.
  • Cancelled orders/pre-orders or items not yet shipped are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be credited using the same method as payment was made.
  • Please Contact Us to request an exchange, return or cancellation authorization.
  • Please pack and seal your return merchandise securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the original receipt. We recommend a shipping method that provides insurance and delivery confirmation. We will not be held responsible for return merchandise that is damaged or lost in return shipping.
  • Packages must be returned prepaid as we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
